Larsen Wrote Two New Books!

It’s that time once again, for Larsen Halleck to spill forth his intellectual fruit!

You have presumably all read the transcendent Oriental’s Guide to Sex, Strength, and Satisfaction-–and by that I mean very few of you have. None of you have read An Assortment of Compositional Scales, but that’s fine too.

Because evidently I am full of desire to continue this quixotic writing quest, and thus I have published two more books, both of which are in the self-help/self-improvement genre. Unlike my previous book, the focuses of these books are much narrower and thus, much easier to explain. In addition, they are *much* shorter than either of my previous books—together, they’re probably about 100 pages. Rather than going into great detail, I will briefly explain each book—because that’s all the explanation they need.

1) The Yeoman Diet

This book was written specifically for those who are under the impression that diet and exercise are difficult—they are in fact, two of the easiest goddamn things to accomplish on the planet. So much so that your hardscrabble, dirt farming ancestors were more than capable of staying slim and trim.  Your diet and exercise plan will simply to be emulate their lifestyle. Eat simple and hearty food in small portions, work out constantly and strenuously, and the pounds will melt off. Plus, “informal exercise”. my personal secret to getting the lean and defined physique that drives women absolutely mental!

215 versus 176-the one on the right is a super cut 9.1% bodyfat, and I never bothered to learn what the one on the left was.

2) How To Stop Being A Dipshit

Are you like me, in that you spent most of your childhood and adolescence being mocked for being a space-case, a cloudcuckoolander, oblivious, or…a dipshit? Did you resign yourself to spending your entire life in a befogged apathy while the people that didn’t suck did their thing?

Well, resign yourself to that fate no longer! How To Stop Being A Dipshit contains memory pnenomics, mindfulness training, and other ways to stop being seen as a blithering idiot, written by somebody who has overcome his natural stupidity.
